SECURITY STAFF TIE
When tasked with creating a new tie design for
The Dalí Museum Security Staff, I chose to reference a famous Salvador Dalí experiment and create an optical experience for visitors.
In 1973, Salvador Dalí was inspired by a Scientific American article entitled The Recognition of Faces. It led him to paint Lincoln in Dalivision. When standing directly in front of this painting, the composition appears as an abstract collection of squares. When standing far away, it materializes into a portrait of Abraham Lincoln. Final tie design

Under the watchful eye of both the security team and Salvador Dalí, visitors can approach the guards and see a more abstracted grid, but when far away, the head of Dalí from his most famous Halsman portrait peers around to keep things in check. Seen by over 350,000 guests annually, this design adds to the overall whimsical and surreal experience the Dalí Museum provides.
SURREAL NATURE CREATIVE CAMPAIGN

Surreal Nature is an immersive collaboration with Arte Museum, held in the Museum's Dalí Dome. I directed a campaign photoshoot, composed and edited key imagery, and developed a strong and sleek campaign, conveying wonder, awe, and a nature experience that feels just slightly unnatural. The campaign includes print collateral such as visitor stickers, gallery guides, posters, and more. The digital assets include the billboard, Meta suite, and a downloadable mobile wallpaper activation.

ART MOBILE DIDACTICS
The Dalí Museum Art Mobile is a moving art bus serving elementary school students across the St. Pete and Tampa Bay area. I created several learning didactics, including an interactive map, a poster showcasing surrealist principles in an accessible way, and a Dalí-themed zoetrope.

DALÍ ZOETROPE
Early hand-drawn sketch
The Art Mobile zoetrope features a 24-frame animation of Dalí with a mustache he can't quite keep hold of. The zoetrope is a surreal expression of some Dalí-inspired fun. The concept began as a paper sketch.
